Well I have good news and bad news. The good news is, I am doing great. I am trying out this new gym today. It focuses on boxing and kickboxing. It's also located right down the street from my job. When I leave work, I can head there, and then straight home and have my workout out of the way. They allow you to take a free class and I am going today after work. We will use real boxing gloves, and bags. The classes burn 800-1000 calories an hour. They promise I will be sore after the first class. It also has weight equipment and exercise machines that I can use anytime during gym hours. My goal is to take a class at least 3 times a week and continue the Body For Life weight workouts the other 3 days.
Now the bad news is not really that bad. Thomas has to go to NCO academy in June for 6 weeks. So if you do the math, that would run right into our anniversary week. So we have to push it back. We will still probably do something on July 9th but we won't be able to get away until August. It kind of works out great because we decided to go to Vegas!!! I will be there July 31st to August 3rd for a convention. So he is just going to fly in and we will stay until my birthday on the 8th. We are going to fly my mom in so she can hang with her grandkids for that week.
All in all, I guess I can't complain. I still plan on taking family pics and I will probably schedule a picture day soon to put even more pressure on.
