Congrats to T!!!

Last night dh and I went to an awards banquet. He is so humble that I didn't find out until last week that he was actually getting and award. He received a citizen's award from the Ministerial Fellowship of Albuquerque and Vicinity. It is given out every year to members of various congregations who have given of their time to be a blessing to others in the community.

I can not think of anyone more deserving than T. Anyone who has met him, knows he is a very quiet guy. But deep inside of him, is a love and desire to serve the Lord. That is one of the things I love most about him. He does enough within our home church but he goes above and beyond and also helps out at the Rescue mission serving food, he was a part of an organization that helped some of the Hurricane Katrina victims, and he is out at least once a month going out in the community witnessing to others. I could go on and on but you get the picture. Here is some pics of him along with my Pastor and my friend K who also received an award last night. Congrats to you sweetie, I love you and I thank God for blessing me with such a wonderful, giving, unselfish, and great man of God. Q

Hey Girl!!!!!

Congrats to T. I know you are too proud...cause I know I would be.
It's truly a blessing to have a man whose heart belongs to God and wants to serve Him.

Oh yeah....How come he didn't smile and show them pearly whites? LOL

Congrats to the both of you!

It was good to see you and your hubby at the banquet. Did you notice how few young people were there? It was nice to see the young married couples though. I am excited about our holy hookup :) After reading some of your posts i see we have some things in common.
