Honey Mustard Curried Chicken
I found this recipe by going to allrecipes.com. I was looking for a recipe that included honey, mustard and curry. I tried this last week and I decided to make it again and make some adjustments.
1 whole cut up chicken
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
Mix honey, mustard, curry, and salt together. Place chicken in a shallow pan and baste with some of the sauce. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes basting several times with sauce and turn once. I served this tonight with Trader Joes Basmati Rice Medley made with reduced sodium chicken broth and an organic spring mix. Enjoy. Q

Ok, that recipe looks soooo good!!!! I'm printing this out to try it out - yum!!!
I tried this recipe for dinner yesterday. My hubby and kids didn't care for it, but I loved it. I used boneless skinlesss chicken breast and added butter to the chicken breast before basting it with the sauce. Thanks for sharing!

Glad you liked it. Maybe for your fam they would like it better without the curry. I understand some folks not liking the mix of all three. Thanks for stopping by, I miss so many of the girls from the forum. Q
